The Wiesbaden Gasshuku course takes place traditionally over the Ascension Day weekend, and this year marks its 24th edition. Here is the announcement:

| Participants: | Children, teenagers, and adults with and without armor. Children under the age of 18 require a power of attorney or the consent of their legal guardian to participate in the course. This must be submitted as a PDF with the registration. |
| Course modules: | * Groups for non-armor kendoka and beginners * Specific training for Kyu grades, 1st-4th Dan, 5th-6th Dan * Specific exam preparation for Kyu and Dan grades with a focus on exams for 5th, 6th, and 7th Dan * Mawari-geiko (回り稽古) for Dan grads from 5th Dan and above * Bokuto ni yoru Kihon Waza Keikoho + Nihon Kendo Kata by arrangement |
| Course fee: | € 120 for adults and participants aged 16 and over € 30 for children up to 15 years old € 75 for students and pupils aged 16 and over (with PDF proof of enrollment upon registration) 2 Booking of individual course days is possible: € 40 per day for adults and participants aged 16 and over € 10 per day for children up to and including 15 years of age € 25 per day for students and pupils (with PDF proof upon registration) The course fee includes lunch buffet and water. Donations are welcome. Accommodation and breakfast are €10 per night. To avoid waste, we ask all participants to bring their own cups, plates and cutlery. |

| Cancellation: | If you are unable to attend, another kendoka can take your place. If you submit a written cancellation notice by May 10, 2026, a processing fee of 50% of the respective course fee will be retained. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date. |
